Really? The last time we posted was 7 months ago ... and it was a recipe? Wouldn't have guessed that! Obviously, if you know us at all, you know life has changed in the past 7 months. Ivan is in kindergarten, Karin is in seminary, Dave is working part-time and staying at home with Thor, and Thor is a busy and growing boy (the one thing that hasn't changed).
But that isn't what I came to post ... just wanted to share (with both of you) something that I wrote for school the other day.
